Time of Meals

Postby mcknight_steve » Sat Jan 03, 2009 7:21 pm

I've been searching around and can't find anyway to add times to meals. It'd be very nice to be able to keep track of time for meals and planning ahead. Am I missing something?

As far as I know you can create more meals tabs per day but times can't be changed per day.

Thanks for the reply. I've been reading on people that somehow sync it to outlook. I wonder if that's the outlook datebook feature or what? Right now I use the palm software to record my meals and times (not calorie or nutrition, just basically what and when, then I put in the info to xtrainer later) but palm can sync to outlook... I wonder if that's a possibility.

Yes it's so simple and you can make a schedule for your diet plan ... try to eat little meals at in a day because it will keep you healthier and you will also feel good ..
