IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD CALCULATE TOTAL WEIGHT IN STRENGTH TRAINING SO YOU CAN COMPARE WORKOUT TO WORKOUT.

TOTAL WEIGHT

I agree with brawler. Total pounds lifted is an objective method of measure that I certainly would like to see soon. We do record the weight on the workout form so the data is there! Would like to see it soon. The strength section of Crosstrainer is very weak!

Has the total weight display been put into the newest release (1/23 .exe)? It didn't look like it was.

TOTAL WEIGHT

It's in the Workout Load tab. I'll also be adding the total to the Workout Tab for your reference.

Does Workout Load calculator work?

Postby ddauksas » Tue Jan 22, 2008 3:55 pm

In the Strength tab, I load in an work out, complete the rep/weight info and when I click on "Calculate" next to Workout Load, it remains at zero. Is there something I need to do to make this work?

Thanks

You need to check off the 'Done' checkbox for each exercise (or check the done title to check off all exercises) The idea is that if you create a workout and then go to the gym and don't do the complete workout you don't want crosstrainer calculating workout load on lifts that you didn't complete.
