Hi Dave,
New in this forum and want to lose extra weight of mine. I am 35, 5'8 and 170 lbs.
I heard cardio exercises are best to lose weight. How much mileage or timing should I start with? I want to lose 30 lbs in 2 months.
Any advice will be appreciated.
