Crosstrainer has been updated to version 6.40 This version includes several bug fixes and improvements over previous verisons:

- Cardio Changed to Endurance
- Add/Remove Workout Categories in Setup Training window
- Workouts now include Physio / Yoga / Swiss Ball / Plyometrics
- Ability to create mixed workouts of different exercise categories ie a workout with Strength, Physio, Yoga etc.
- Fixes to Recipes / Meal Schedule / Meals where if there was a duplicate food we could have been adding the wrong food amounts
- Added Training Phase Window to set Background Colors on Calendar to indicate phase
- We are in the middle of updating the Crosstrainer exercise databases with new exercises and categories.
