Sync process from pc to crosstrainer online

I have just purchased the online version and was attempting to sync from my legacy PC based program. No luck so far. Has anyone gone through this process and what did you have to do to bring the data from the PC based version into the online version

I solved it. You have to select specific days on the calendar. Right click and there is an option for upload and download. I tried it and it works pretty slick.

Thanks, I will try it tonight when I get home. Were you able to upload some of your personal favorite food items as well? I know the only way I have been able to do it so far is to upload to the web into the community of food items and then turn around and download into the web version of crosstrainer. That method works OK but if there is a more global one time method that would be even better.
