How to add a workout

In the beta version, how does one add a full workout under strength training, so that the workout shows up in the "Strength Training" drop-down window?

When you save the workout, it should automatically be saved the the list on the left.

OK this is what I have done...

1. Right click on calendar and "Add Workout"
2. Created a short strength training routine.
3. Named the routine.
4. Saved the routine. Popup comes up with "Save this workout to your calendar on Nov 07?" comes up... "yes".
5. "Workout Scheduled."
6. Closed and reopened CT.
7. Step #1 above.
Exercise is not listed in strength training under My Workouts, the only way to get it is from the drop-down list "Enter Workout Name".

Hi Tassadar,

The Correct way to do this is to click on 'My Workouts' at the left of the window. Then add your workout and click on Save. You don't have to save it to the calendar.

If you refresh the list on the left you will see your workout.

The other way, there is no workout category loaded, so CT saved the workout but you can't get at it.

I took out the right-click on a day options for now.

Thanks, Greg

We've fixed this up a bit for the next update.
