Ref: Beta 7.30
Started from scratch (no imports). Added an exercise while changing Training Phases (deleted existing ones and created my own). When attempting to save workout, I get Run-time error '424': Object required.
Reopening CT shows the workout is actually scheduled, but clicking save again causes same error to reappear.

Hehe. OK. Just for your info, it was under "My Exercise" (rowing session).
