Its nothing special, just weight gainer which doesn&#8217;t have much sugar in it. I have been taking t once a day as suggested and it is woring wonders. I think i have been lacking calories in my diet. I have noticed significant energy increase and my workouts have much improved since.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been busy with life the last few months, upon graduating from my program I recieved a job within a week and started with in 2. I worked at that job for 2 months before deciding to leave as I did not like the job nor did I like the people that ran the small business. I have been going to the gym on and off however am aiming to complete my goal. I have a very tough battle ahead of me, however I do believe that if I stay focused I will complete it. I will be continuing school in the fall which will allow me to work hard on getting into model form again. I will post new pictures and stats very soon.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well this past week, a friend of mine and professional personal trainer and fitness model Tyler Sarry ran me through some of him workouts. I havent felt this soare in a long time. He quickly reminded me and put in check with all the little techniques that you can forget about when you stop training. Once i got over the pain and healed up i again felt great.<br />
Another huge difference in the way i feel is from no longer eatting processed foods, like frozen dinners and frozen baked fries. My family is always on the go so normally these products are staples in our diet. Again, Tyler asked &#8220;what the hell is wrong with you-no wonder you feel like a@#!&#8221;. So i cut them all out and have been eatting more nutrient dense foods, such as salads, oats, and natural peanut butter. This has made all the difference in my attitude and my athletic performance.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a great weekend and i felt  great. I have finally gotten around the curve for eatting right and though it took some work, i&#8217;m finally on the right path. I did leg workout last night that i&#8217;m going to be feeling for days and a shoulder workout over the weekend. Everything seems to be going good. However i doubt i will be able to be in good enough shape for my goal. Thats ok though because i am making progress thats for the better.</p>

This week has been off to a rough start-but thats only because i didnt workout lastnight. But i&#8217;ve still got the rest of the week to make up for it.</p>
