The last week i only got into the 3 times. I took a bit of a break because i was busy studying for my midterms and reading week was to follow.  definitly untilized the time off and recouped. Since the start of this week, i have been hard at the gym trying slight variations in workouts including plyometrics and power movements. I also ran out of l-arginine 3 days ago and can notice a huge difference without it!
