I had a great weekend and i felt great. I have finally gotten around the curve for eatting right and though it took some work, i’m finally on the right path. I did leg workout last night that i’m going to be feeling for days and a shoulder workout over the weekend. Everything seems to be going good. However i doubt i will be able to be in good enough shape for my goal. Thats ok though because i am making progress thats for the better.
