Well this past week, a friend of mine and professional personal trainer and fitness model Tyler Sarry ran me through some of him workouts. I havent felt this soare in a long time. He quickly reminded me and put in check with all the little techniques that you can forget about when you stop training. Once i got over the pain and healed up i again felt great.
Another huge difference in the way i feel is from no longer eatting processed foods, like frozen dinners and frozen baked fries. My family is always on the go so normally these products are staples in our diet. Again, Tyler asked “what the hell is wrong with you-no wonder you feel like a@#!”. So i cut them all out and have been eatting more nutrient dense foods, such as salads, oats, and natural peanut butter. This has made all the difference in my attitude and my athletic performance.
