Crosstrainer Fixes and Updates
- Website Update - May 23 2025 Apologies to some users, I was cleaning out hacker and spammer records in the database and I might have delete your user accounts by accident. I did a database restore from May 17 and that should bring you back online. We are making lots of good changes and improvements to the web site and ct online, please contact us with any issues or suggestions and we will do our best to accomodate them. support@crossdtrainer.ca Best Regards.
- Website Update - May 2025 Three big items in the works for us. First we moved to a new servr that is much faster and more reliable. Second, we have been fixing up our web site, there was a problem especially with our email service that required a pretty big fix. Everything should be working alot better now. Finally just to say we have been working on our Crosstrainer App. I know its only 10 years late but I think we have a great conecpt in the works.
- Crosstrainer Update 10.4 is available from Help / Check for Updates for version 10 users. I will be uploading a new installation as soon as the new muscle associations for all strength training exercises are complete.
- Toney reported a problem with graphing blood pressure, the diastolic wasn't showing in wellness graphs. This is now fixed
- Jon wanted a feature to email workouts to his phone so that he didn't have to print paper... very few people are pringing these days. So now, if you enter your email address Crosstrainer can now send workouts to your phone.
- Calvin and Jon wanted better muscle associations for each exercise (lifts). So now the exercise library has a big list of muscle groups and the ability to associate multiple muscle groups to the same exercise, rather than a single muscle group. This way you can look for push / pull / arm / bicep and find an exercise quickly.
- If you already have Crosstrainer Installed, you won't see the new muscle groups but you can add them yourself from the Exercise Library Screen. I can publish a list of them or you can send me your ct7.mdb file (zipped) and I can add them for you.
- Strength Training - After feedback from Crosstrainer users I've simplified the Strength Training Grid. Warmup / Cooldown / Tempo / 1RM / Muscle Group are hidden. If you really want these fields you can use the notes column to add them. I'm trying to return Crosstrainer to a broader user base with these changes.
- Various other small bug fixes.
